Epoxy Products Used?

We use moisture vapor barrier 2 part epoxy, alongside 2 part Polyspartic clear coat resins to make up epoxy designs of your choice.

Paint Products Used?

We partner with premium brands like Sherwin-Williams for residential and commercial projects. Options include:

Low-VOC/low-odor for interiors (great for families/pets)
Mildew-resistant and durable exterior formulas suited to SWFL weather
Specialty finishes (e.g., Emerald Rain refresh with self cleaning technology.)

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and a limited warranty on labor/materials for product failure.

As well as Sherwin Williams Spec warranty for Exterior HOA Condominium paint projects (typically 7–15 years Labor/Materials depending on the paint choice).

Do you work with HOAs or property managers?

Frequently! We handle condo associations, HOAs, and commercial property managers in Punta Gorda and surrounding areas. We provide interactive color consultations that board members can play with, provide insurance certifications, and work during approved hours to keep everyone happy.

How do you prepare exteriors?

We begin preparing the exteriors of projects by applying soft wash/pressure wash. A soft wash is a chemical wash that kills mold, lichen, mildew, and other living substances on the exterior followed by a pressure wash. Furthermore we begin preparing the wall surfaces, minor stucco texture, sealing minor cracks and holes around the exterior, and recaulking window and door frames to provide a moisture barrier. We will remove rocks, sand, grass, etc from the foundation of the home to ensure full wall coverage. Finally, We will begin the painting process. We will apply at least 2 coats of paint to the following surfaces. (walls, doors, soffits fascia gutters and downspouts) Anything to be sprayed will be applied to the proper millage determined by the painter.

How do you prepare concrete floors for epoxy services?

We bring in a professional floor grinder and grind the concrete to desired readiness and vacuum the excess dust. We chase cracks, and fill divets for a smooth floor.
